It seems to me that this bailout only serves to put a bandaid on a gaping wound. All it serves to do is keep housing prices artificially high and delay the inevitable (only to make it worse in the end). The market needs to reset. We will see how the winter goes...!:) But, as of right now, I love it. And I am super geeked about my mortgage payment for the next thirty years! It is lower than a lot of the rent I have payed in the last ten years. I had to lock myself in to living under my means....I sure won't do it voluntarily.
